I "bought" an Steam shower unit from this store, just I waist my time (almost 1 month, we are building our house so without this unit...we can't finish the plumber work!) never came.
I have to call them many times to know was going on! ....
the last time when I called them, the sales person told me, was shipped late (at least 2 weeks after my order), then a week ago... I call them again ..... and the sales person told me... I have to wait another 3 weeks because, they don't have in stock?!!!
I canceled the order.

We have this shower- the directions were awful, to the point of hilarious, but now that it's installed we really like it. Works as promised.
